Young Mujo married young Fata, and they moved into their new apartment, enjoying their honeymoon.
Every night, the neighbors could hear screams, moaning, and passionate noises coming from their place. After a few days, Mujo runs into his neighbor at the building entrance, and the neighbor says:
“Mujo, don’t get me wrong, but no one can sleep because of you two and your… activities. Please, put a cloth in her mouth so she doesn’t scream so much.”
“No problem, neighbor, sorry about that—I didn’t realize we were that loud.”That night, at one point, Mujo shouts:“NEIGHBOR, IS THIS BETTER NOW?”“IT’S GOOD, MUJO, MUCH BETTER!” the neighbor replies.
The next night again:“NEIGHBOR, IS THIS BETTER NOW?”“IT’S GOOD, MUJOOO!”
On the third night, Mujo shouts again:
“NEIGHBOR, IS THIS BETTER NOW?”
And the neighbor replies:
“Mujo, take that cloth out of her mouth—now the whole building thinks you’re sleeping with me!”

Nicer looking Kowloon City. Maybe the next Kumite will be held here.
Can I afford a flat there? Yes? I’ll take it.
Is this the living standard for millionaires and billionaires? For sure not. But does it give average people a roof over their head, with minimal heating cost, minimal maintenance cost, shops, doctors, pharmacies, schools, Kindergarden… In close walking distance? For absolutely sure it does!
What it doesn’t do: make builders and property developers absolutely fucking stinky filthy rich.
Imagine what would happen to the housing markets if you just plonk a massive 18k residents cheap alternative in the middle of the city.
Boomers would lose their millions in house value which they have done absolutely fucking nothing for. And I could afford a roof over my head.
Sounds like a good deal for poor people. Sounds like something in the interest of the people.

Would you get some type of micro climate in the middle of that thing? No wind, limited sun, can’t imagine it’s a pleasant place

I lived in Kudrovo, it did not feel good. Walking through the streets felt like I was in the bottom of a canyon. The buildings were like walls without any space between them.

That is bonkers. Plenty of places in that building that have never seen direct sunlight, I’d wager.

Density in life.
Density in death.
18,000 people, 40 parking spots.
There will be a couple of birthday celebrations each day…fun.
I mean… It’s not like they’re short on land is it?
It’s like Russian Cabrini Green
This is just Kowloon with less steps
Damn, people in the small houses in the middle will have shadow 99% of the time. It’s so sad
